Ordered here for the first time. The food was very good. I asked for them to make my bfs dish extra, super spicy and they delivered! Mongolian Beef- good flavor, mildly spicy, generous portion size General Tao Chicken- spicy, meat was a bit on the dry side, generous portion Spicy Pho- yummy, it had beef and pork, all the fixings (basil, bean sprouts, sauce, jalapeños, etc) Gyoza- crispy, juicy, good sauce Tarp Bubble Tea- sweet and yummy

This was our second time at the restaurant. The first time I ordered crispy garlic chicken and that dish made me come back and try the kung pow chicken . 5 out of 5 on the kung pow it was actually spicy! Perfect umami combination. My husband loved the tofu here including me and I’m not a tofu fan. We are debating on making a second trip this week 😬 I’m craving the garlic chicken! I can’t wait to try Pho 🍲! Everything so far has been Great 😊

The large Pho is enormous, beware. It's only $1 more than the regular and would easily serve 2 people. I might order the kids brisket Pho some time and see if it's adequate as 1 adult serving for half the cost. (Pho leftovers don't keep or reheat very well, so portions sizes are a consideration). Also, Thai basil is only served upon request. They report this is because mostly it gets wasted and not eaten when previously served with the fresh toppings tray. Pho is so much better with torn up bits of Basil, try it! Quick, polite service in a clean, trendy atmosphere with pop music playing.

Awesome new Asian fusion restaurant! Came here for dinner on the opening day and we were able to get seated right away. The host/server Narei was super friendly. Our party ordered a lot of different items and we were all super impressed with what we ordered! I personally ordered the chicken/pork teriyaki combo and loved it. The chicken was super flavorful and the pork was hands down the best pork I've had in a while - super smoky flavor. Loved it. The milk tea was good too. The prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth. The vibe of the restaurant is very relaxed and very clean. Coming back very soon, for sure! This restaurant definitely has a great future.

Pho: broth has smooth texture and beef taste, highly quality steak, meatball is just okay. Regular size can be a full meal. Stir fry shrimp: lots of shrimp and cabbage Fried spring rolls: they didn't use the sweet fish sauce Gyoza: crunchy and tasty! Boba milk tea: it is no for me unfortunately :( Staffs are friendly and kindness!

Delicious food, huge portions and love the ambiance. We got beef teriyaki, beef and broccoli, phö, gyoza, and the noodle salad. All were tasty. Probably should’ve gotten smaller portions for the kids cause they couldn’t finish it.

Amazing Pho restaurant close to where we live that we will visit again. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I tried the spicy Chicken Pho and it was so good. I will be eating this dish again. If you are in the area, you should eat here.

I had an incredible experience at UP Pho & Teriyaki in University Place! The friendly wait staff made me feel right at home, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the great music playing in the background. What truly set this place apart was the adorable dog videos playing on the TV, which added a unique and heartwarming touch to my dining experience. I can't recommend this place enough – it's a 5-star gem!

Ordered for pickup tonight, first time customer. I heard they were best of the sound 2025 and finally had to see what was up! Although a little overpriced on door dash, they were very affordable on the website for pick up orders. I’m talking like $5 cheaper to order online and pickup. Parking wasn’t bad, restaurant was clean and everyone was nice and welcoming! Now to the food: 10/10 amazing, I’ve had good Pho before but this is next level. The broth is delicious and has such depth, i could drink it by itself. Noodles are soft but don’t become mush, meat was precooked which gives me peace of mind. And I’d rather have slightly cool broth rather than have to reboil it to cook the brisket. Regardless the broth was HOT even after i brought it home. The packaging was mindful and almost fun! I’ve never seen pho packaged like this but it’s convenient and makes sense. I also appreciate the cutlery bag, it felt like a goodie bag but with chopsticks, fork, deep soup spoon (A+++) and napkins. It was affordable to the point I got an entree for lunch tomorrow because it was cheaper than local to my work. I will be back and i fear I’m going to never leave!
